What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
What do you want your life to be about?
Through individual counseling, I want to support you in answering that question. I hope to offer a safe space to explore hurts, challenges, and transitions while honoring the unique experience of being you. I would describe my therapeutic style as relaxed, conversational, and I will encourage you to “go deep'“ and explore the meaning of your experience to help develop the life you want to live.
