What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a deep desire to help others feel seen, supported, and empowered—especially during the moments when life feels overwhelming. From an early age, I was drawn to listening, understanding, and being present for others, which naturally led me toward social work and eventually therapy. Through my education and hands-on experience, I discovered how powerful it can be to offer a safe space where people can explore their emotions, strengthen their relationships, and find new ways forward. Becoming a therapist wasn’t just a career choice—it was a calling to be a steady, compassionate presence for those who need it most.
