Under Clinical Supervision

Mr. Paul Hoskins, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, 4101006504 is practicing under the supervision of Josh Kay (Michigan, Licensed Psychologist, 6301010224) at Paul Hoskins Counseling LLC.

Please, note: A clinician listed as being “clinically supervised” is completing clinical hours toward their licensure. They have one or more fully licensed clinical supervisors that often have special training to become supervisors. They consult with their supervisor(s) on all of their cases, which means that, when working with them, you are getting the time and expertise of multiple therapists in your treatment.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use a blend of different approaches but I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems and Intimacy from the Inside Out and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I appreciate that these approaches are evidence based meaning they have scientific studies that demonstrate their effectiveness. I have found that after learning and being trained in these approaches I have been able to effectively and compassionately help couples change their negative cycles of communications and help the couples build safety trust, secure bonds which then helps them move towards deeper healing. I have posted some great videos about the IFS model on my website if you would like to learn more visit www.paulhoskinscounselingllc.com.
