Work HistoryHello! I am Paulette Maldonado, a licensed therapist. I have completed a Masters program, as well as, a practicum and formal supervision. I am passionate about my work and take it very seriously. I have worked within substance abuse programs, group setting practices and individual therapy. I specialize in anxiety disorders, lifting depression, trauma, stress and womens issues. I am dedicated to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Psychodynamic approach. I also value Solution focused and many other modalities, depending on your particular case. I believe that psycho education is important.
