Working with me is structured, thoughtful, and collaborative. I tend to be direct but not harsh. I value honesty, clarity, and forward movement. Therapy is not about endless processing without direction. We identify goals, understand patterns, and build practical skills that improve daily life. I pay close attention to how past experiences shape present reactions. At the same time, I focus on strengthening emotional regulation, boundaries, decision making, and executive functioning. Sessions are conversational, but they are purposeful. Clients often describe our work as steady and grounding. I am comfortable addressing anxiety, trauma, performance pressure, and responsibility without minimizing your strength. I believe people are capable of change when they feel safe, respected, and challenged appropriately.
