Get To Know Me
In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?
My life and treatment philosophies are deeply connected. As a mother of five, including three children I adopted from foster care, I've learned that love, acceptance, and belief in potential are transformative. I genuinely believe in your goodness and capacity for growth. Both in my personal life and in therapy, I focus on accepting where we are now while working toward where we want to be. I don't get stuck in the past but learn from it. Whether coaching youth sports or sitting with clients, I help people find achievable paths to their goals with self-love and confidence.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I work with Insight Therapy Solutions, a US-based teletherapy and mental health services provider offering online counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. At Insight Therapy Solutions, therapy is personalized to address both emotional concerns and practical challenges. My approach is client-centered, focused on providing strategies that promote lasting change and enhance overall well-being in a comfortable and supportive setting.
What does a first session with you look like?
At Insight Therapy Solutions, a typical first session begins with our free matchmaking consultation, which usually lasts about 15–30 minutes. During this call, a team member asks about your needs, goals, preferences, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy so they can connect you with a therapist who aligns well with you. Once you’re matched with a therapist, your first actual therapy session is conducted through our secure online platform. In that initial appointment, your therapist will take time to learn about your background, what brought you to therapy, and what you’d like to focus on. Together you’ll begin discussing your goals, clarify what you want support with, and get a sense of how you’ll work together moving forward. Every first session is tailored to your story and gives you space to both share your experience and ask any questions you have about the therapeutic process.

Education

Work HistoryYou know you're settling for less than you want—in your marriage, your goals, or how you're showing up as a parent. Something needs to change, but you haven't figured out what or how. That's where I come in.
I earned my master's from UNLV in 2003 and spent years working as both a therapist and high-performance life coach.
I work with marriages that have gone cold, parents drowning in guilt and frustration, and individuals stuck in patterns they can't seem to break. I've guided families through adoption challenges, helped couples recover from infidelity, and worked with people managing anxiety that's been running their lives for years.
I also specialize in performance work—helping clients who want more than just to feel okay. Whether it's athletic performance, career goals, or personal achievement.
