Work HistoryBefore becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in the corporate world, managing high-pressure roles while navigating the intense juggling act of work and motherhood. That lived experience gave me a deep understanding of anxiety, burnout, and the constant pull to be everything to everyone. My own interracial relationship of 20+ years has shaped how I approach couples work—especially when partners come from different cultural or racial backgrounds. I know how hard it can be to feel seen and understood when you're straddling worlds, whether as a partner, a child of immigrants, or a young adult figuring out your place in it all. I draw from both personal and professional experience to help clients manage overwhelm, set boundaries, heal past wounds, and build more meaningful, connected relationships—with themselves and the people they care about. My approach is rooted in empathy, cultural humility, and a belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to show up as our full selves.
