Work HistorySeeking a therapist can be a daunting task, regardless of whether it’s an experience that’s familiar or one that’s new. Starting from the initial inquiry, my goal is to create a foundation of trust with my clients. Together, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and discuss any priorities, goals, or values you may have. Therapy looks different for everyone, and over the course of treatment, we’ll collaborate to create a supportive and empowering therapeutic relationship that meets your needs. I primarily work with adults (18+) who are experiencing challenges involving anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I can assist with setting and maintaining boundaries, building coping skills, career counseling, and life coaching. I practice using a strengths-based approach, helping clients identify, leverage, and enhance their existing skills to help manage their challenges. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, please feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!
