Get To Know Me
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
I have personal experience with the healthcare system that made me passionate about providing better, individualized, and person centered mental healthcare to all clients I work it. It is the number one goal of my practice, Viva, to ensure we are providing compassionate healthcare that is actually helpful rather than harmful.
How does collaboration with other providers play into your work?
I love the team we have created at Viva. We're a hard working team of providers dedicated to making therapy more accessible and breaking down the stigma of mental healthcare. I am happy to get to work with, and learn from, my fellow therapists everyday.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I believe therapy has to work for you. I create an individualized approach to each session and meet the person in front of me where they are. I want to create authentic, genuine relationships with my clients and provide them with the safe space to get what they need on any given day.
