Under Clinical Supervision

Rachel Perez, Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, IMH24219 is practicing under the supervision of Daniel Fisher (Florida, LMHC, MH13042) at Outlook Mental Health, LLC.

Please, note: A clinician listed as being “clinically supervised” is completing clinical hours toward their licensure. They have one or more fully licensed clinical supervisors that often have special training to become supervisors. They consult with their supervisor(s) on all of their cases, which means that, when working with them, you are getting the time and expertise of multiple therapists in your treatment.

What would be important for someone to know about working with you?

I create a safe space for my clients, through a genuine and non-judgmental approach, to explore their deepest fears and vulnerabilities. I will assist you in navigating the complex emotional terrain of past traumas and empower you to reclaim your life and develop healthier coping mechanisms through evidence-based techniques. I strongly believe in the transformative power of holistic health and approach each client with a comprehensive perspective.

Work History

As a bilingual Spanish-speaking clinician, I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ages, and cultures. During my time as an intern at the Orlando Veterans Administration, I gained expertise in providing individual, couples, and group counseling to veterans facing various mental health challenges through a trauma-informed lens. I have worked with PTSD, survivors of trauma, infidelity, communication issues, divorce/separation, anger management, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I have experience working in medically assisted treatment settings, specializing in opioid and other substance use disorders, utilizing a harm reduction model.
