Get To Know Me
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My clinical approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I utilize Narrative Therapy practices with a relational lens. I help clients explore and re-author the stories they've internalized about themselves, often shaped by early experiences and survival strategies. I also incorporate inner child work and somatic practices to support nervous system regulation and cultivate safety in both the mind and body.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I consider myself an ally, dedicated to learning and building trust with clients from LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and other marginalized communities.
What’s the most profound, insightful, or interesting thing you’ve learned as a mental health professional?
My clients hold the key to their own healing. I have realized that my most impactful role as a therapist involves supporting my clients on their path of rediscovering their power, inner knowledge, and resiliency.
