An important aspect to therapy is working alongside people in a collaborative manner and taking the time to understand their needs/wants. Learning a person's story and then catering to their individual needs for healing, growth, and understanding is a big part of my therapy practice. Some concepts utilized in therapy are coping skills, psychoeducation, boundary setting, emotional expression, reality checking, ect. We can schedule a free 15-20 minute consultation to decide together if we are a good fit.

During my internship I worked with LGBTQ+, bi-polar, BPD, Depression, Anxiety, PMDD/PME, Grief/loss, Trauma, Toxic Relationships/abuse, as well as others. Since my internship, I have continued to work with these populations and continue to expand my knowledge and abilities to learn different ways to help each individual person who reaches out.
