I am a licensed mental health therapist with a medical background as a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Acupuncturist. I provide individual, couple, and family counseling, as well as life coaching, to multicultural individuals and families navigating life challenges, emotional struggles, and transitions. My work integrates Western psychological approaches with Eastern healing traditions, honoring the whole person—mind/body/spirit. Whether someone seeks support during a crisis or wants to grow through self-exploration, I see therapy as a meaningful and collaborative process that fosters healing, clarity, and inner transformation. My background in Western/Eastern medicine and philosophy gave me experience in responding to physical and emotional suffering with practical skill and care, and seeing the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and emotions, and working with the body’s natural rhythms and energies to support clients in reconnecting with their inner resources and resilience. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I am committed to creating an inclusive and respectful space that honors the complexity of each person’s identity and values.
