I'm quite passionate about my work and quite confident in the benefits of therapy, and that translates into a therapeutic style that is a more directive and solution-focused in nature. If you work with me, we're both going to do some work!

I favor an integrative approach which is founded on person-centered therapy. That means it is supportive and positive. I use CBT to help client's identify and overcome problematic ways of thinking and Motivational Interviewing to help facilitate change. This pairing is remarkably effective.

Work HistoryI have worked in the mental health field in various capacities since 2012, mostly as a therapist but in related roles as well, such as case management. I have worked in homes, private practice settings, drug treatment centers, and even a psychiatric hospital.
