In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
I'm quite passionate about my work and quite confident in the benefits of therapy, and that translates into a therapeutic style that is a more directive and solution-focused in nature. If you work with me, we're both going to do some work!
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I favor an integrative approach which is founded on person-centered therapy. That means it is supportive and positive. I use CBT to help client's identify and overcome problematic ways of thinking and Motivational Interviewing to help facilitate change. This pairing is remarkably effective.

Work History
I have worked in the mental health field in various capacities since 2012, mostly as a therapist but in related roles as well, such as case management. I have worked in homes, private practice settings, drug treatment centers, and even a psychiatric hospital. These experiences provided me with invaluable experience and an opportunity to hone my skills. For that I am grateful.
