In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
I strive to be authentic in my daily life and that is also how I show up in our sessions. I believe that living in my truth and authenticity allows you the space to grow into your own authenticity.
In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?
I am a lifelong learner. I love finding new research or answers to things I do not know. It's also meaningful to dive deeper into topics I am passionate about and that is what has shaped my specialities as a therapist. I try to do my due diligence and stay current on clinical trends in order to provide the best care and/or recommendations for my clients.

Work HistoryMy path to becoming a therapist was a long and winding road that lead me to having many experiences that contribute to my outlook in the therapy room. I have lived in many regions and cities throughout the United States including the Northeast, South, Midwest, and throughout Southern California. In my journey, I have been a teacher, a writer, a creative entrepreneur, and a nanny to name a few of my professions. My work within the classroom and with members of the community is what finally pushed me to settle in a clinical career. It is the best thing I have ever done, and I can't wait to hold space for you during this part of your life.
