Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I’m very laid back; come as you are. Curse, wear pajamas, lay in bed, be human. This is a space where you don’t have to perform, just show up. Only rule: please don’t drive during sessions or do anything that could harm yourself or others.
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
My work is shaped by my own experience of navigating chronic illness, invisible challenges, major life transitions, and feeling like I had to keep pushing even when things looked “fine” from the outside. Because of that, I understand what it is like to be capable and high-functioning while still carrying stress, grief, or the feeling that no one fully sees what you are dealing with. It has made me especially passionate about helping clients create lives that feel authentic, sustainable, and true to who they are, not just successful on the surface.
