Work HistoryHi, I’m Rebecca. I’m a therapist and I have been in the field of mental health and substance use for over a decade. I have experience with and enjoy working with individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma and substance use disorders. I specialize in perinatal mental health, with a focus on supporting parents through the unique challenges of NICU trauma and grief. I have a deep understanding of the joy and sorrow that may accompany a birth experience, especially when it involves unexpected complications. If you choose to begin your journey with me, I will provide a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore your feelings, process experiences, and develop coping strategies. My approach is rooted in empathy, mindfulness, and evidence-based interventions tailored to meet your unique needs.
