What is your style/approach to therapy?
Clients describe me as kind, caring, and down-to-earth—a compassionate fellow human who listens deeply and helps to make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. I bring a warm, grounded presence to each session and a belief that real change happens when the brain and body work together. My approach draws on your brain’s natural capacity for healing and integration. This isn’t just “talk therapy” — it’s an active, change-based process that helps you reconnect with your inner wisdom and restore balance from your inner strength. Clients often leave therapy with me feeling more at peace—clearer in their boundaries, more connected to their values, and more confident in themselves and their relationships.

Work HistoryMy clinical social work career began as an outpatient therapist at The Village for Families and Children in Hartford, CT. This community clinic setting provided a strong clinical foundation providing intensive trauma therapy and support to children, adolescents, and their parents. At this position, I spent some time as a school-based therapist, clinical trainer and became a clinical supervisor. I branched out and began teaching graduate social work courses at Simmons University and Sacred Heart University. And now here you find me running my private therapy practice focusing on my passion of helping adults overcome their anxiety, depression and OCD, cope with their grief, and improve their quality of life!
