Work HistoryOver the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of life challenges. My experience has taught me that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and that lasting change happens when therapy is both compassionate and practical. Early in my career, I worked closely with people struggling with anxiety, depression, and the impact of trauma. That’s where I developed a passion for helping clients not just manage symptoms, but truly heal the deeper wounds underneath. I later expanded my focus to include couples and relationship work, helping partners rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and find their way back to deeper connection. Throughout my journey, I’ve been trained in several effective approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR therapy and Christian Therapy. These tools allow me to tailor each session to what you specifically need—whether that's developing coping skills, working through painful memories, improving emotional regulation, or building healthier relationships. Today, my specialties include working with trauma recovery, anxiety, relationship challenges, spiritual growth, and personal identity development. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward with hope.
