Education
Antioch University New England, Master of Arts, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, 2025
Missouri State University, Bachelor of Arts, Psychology, 2002
Work HistoryBefore becoming a therapist, I spent years in contemplative practice, including time as a Zen monk. That background strongly shapes how I work—slow, attentive, and grounded in the present moment. I later completed my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and trained in settings where people were working through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity questions, and major life transitions. My experience has shown me that real change often comes from having a steady, thoughtful space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface.
