A key component of the therapeutic relationship is building trust through transparency and accountability. As we build our therapeutic alliance, I am committed to open and direct communication.
If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?
One thing I wish people knew about the therapeutic experience is that it is not reserved for crisis. There are many people who use therapy to maintain their progress and remain connected with themselves. Long-term therapy can bring us from survival mode to a fulfilling and purposeful life.
