What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I survived addiction and suicide in 2015 after a long history of depression and anxiety that was going untreated. Upon calling my mom in November of that year, I took a break from school and went to therapy to get better. Since then, I've worked to gain the experience and education necessary to become a therapist myself and pay it forward.
