What does a first session with you look like?
In our first session, you can expect a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where you can share your story at your own pace. We’ll take time to discuss what brings you to therapy, focusing on your specific challenges. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences and goals, and we’ll work together collaborating to establish a plan that feels right for you. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, validated, and supported as we begin this journey together.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I believe my greatest strengths lie in my integrative approach and diverse therapeutic techniques. With experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), soultion-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices, I tailor my methods to fit each client’s unique needs. My empathetic and collaborative style allows me to build strong connections, fostering a safe space for exploration and healing. Additionally, my background in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse equips me to support clients through a variety of challenges, empowering them on their journey to recovery and personal growth.
