Work HistoryHello! My name is Rosa Gomez, and I’ve worked in the mental health field for ten+ years helping individuals, couples, and families navigate issues. From my education and training, I have a particular expertise working with couples in the areas of affair recovery, disconnection, and communication issues. From my work, I also specialize in working with individuals recovering from childhood or adulthood trauma, such as sexual abuse or assault, and DV; and families struggling to adapt to either blended families, phase of life issues, or mending rifts that span generations. Due to my lack of appropriate training and experience, I do not work with children or teens. Please also note that I am a multicultural therapist with experience helping a wide array of black and brown populations, but I do work with everyone.
