Work HistoryRosemary Esperanza is a bilingual psychotherapist offering therapy to women across New York State via telehealth who are looking for relief from anxiety, burnout, stress, depression, relationship problems, trauma wounds, or life transitions. Women who have jumped through hoops to be present for others, while denying themselves. Women who stay up late at night having virtual coffee with their thoughts, when all they crave is mental peace. Women whose own cups have been dried up with cobwebs for years, while they have tirelessly poured into everyone else's. I understand the pressure of being the strong one, the caretaker, the one who holds it all together. I want you to know that I see you. Alongside her clinical work, Rosemary is a holistic practitioner, offering sound therapeutic services to men and women worldwide. With more than a decade in community mental health and clinical care, she collaborates with women who are curious about the patterns that keep them stuck - women who may not be sure what they need, but sense a disconnect and are finally ready to figure out what it is. Rosemary’s own path shaped this work. She brings a lived understanding of persistence and rebuilding to every client relationship. Her approach blends evidence-based clinical methods (cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, parts work, motivational interviewing, NARM) with somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and sound healing, recognizing that emotional pain is something held in the body, not just the mind. Today, all of that training and lived experience points in one direction: helping women stop abandoning themselves to keep going, so they can build a life that feels like their own.
