Work HistoryRosemary Esperanza is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Afro-Puerto Rican licensed clinical social worker and therapist offering telehealth therapy for women across New York State. She is also a decision coach and the creator of The Unbinding, a private intensive that helps women make a clear, self-honest decision about a relationship with a mother who caused them harm - and hold it. Alongside her clinical and coaching work, she is a writer and holistic practitioner for women worldwide. With more than a decade in community mental health and clinical care, she collaborates with women who are curious about the patterns that keep them stuck - women who may not be sure what they need, but sense a disconnect and are finally ready to figure out what it is. Women ready to prioritize themselves. Women navigating exhaustion, anxiety, burnout, and complex trauma, ready to move out of stagnation and into liberation. Her own path shaped this work. Raised in instability and reinventing her life through education later in adulthood, Rosemary brings lived understanding of persistence and rebuilding to every client relationship. Her approach blends evidence-based clinical methods (CBT, Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems, NARM) with somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and sound healing, recognizing that emotional pain is something held in the body, not just the mind. Today, all of that training and lived experience points in one direction: helping women stop abandoning themselves to keep going, so they can build a life that feels like their own.
