Get To Know Me
In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?
What brings me a sense of ease is knowing that life doesn’t have to be perfect or look a certain way to be meaningful. Life certainly won’t be perfect, but having a meaningful and self-assured direction can bring you peace and I want to help you find that peace.
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I became a therapist because I’m deeply moved by the courage it takes to turn inward and face what feels difficult or uncertain. I’m driven by the belief that healing happens in connection—with ourselves and with others. It is an honor to witness people reclaim their power and release what no longer serves them, and I welcome the opportunity to support you in doing the same.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our sessions, I offer attuned support as we explore what matters most to you. You can expect thoughtful guidance, collaboration, and a listening presence as we uncover insights, process difficult emotions, and deepen your connection to yourself and others.
