Work HistoryOver the past twenty years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults through a wide range of life experiences. Much of my work has been supporting people who feel overwhelmed by stress, trauma, or the demands of family and work. In community mental health, I guided individuals and families through some of their hardest moments, helping them find healthier ways to cope, communicate, and reconnect with what matters to them. Along the way, I developed a specialty in working with high-achieving professionals, new moms, and teens. I’ve seen how stress, anxiety, and burnout can make life feel unmanageable, and I focus on practical tools that help people feel more grounded and capable. I also draw from trauma-informed approaches, meaning I pay close attention to the impact of past experiences on present struggles and work with clients at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Now in private practice, I bring all of that experience together to offer a warm, collaborative space where clients feel understood and supported. Whether it’s navigating motherhood, managing professional stress, or helping teens build confidence and social skills, I tailor therapy to fit each person’s needs so they can move toward feeling more balanced and whole.
