Work HistoryI am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20 years of experience offering somatic psychotherapy and psychospiritual integration to adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, burnout, and the deeper questions of meaning and identity. My approach moves beyond traditional talk therapy into the wisdom held in the body. Through somatic inquiry, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed depth work, I help high-functioning adults break free from the patterns that keep them stuck — not by managing symptoms, but by inhabiting themselves more fully. I have particular experience working with South Asian, Middle Eastern, and other communities of color navigating cultural identity, ancestral trauma, and the intersection of mental health and spiritual longing. I also have a working knowledge of Hindi. In addition to individual somatic psychotherapy for California residents, I offer Psychospiritual Integration mentorship — rooted in Diamond Logos teachings — available to adults worldwide. A free weekly mindfulness and nervous system regulation group meets every Saturday morning in El Cerrito, CA. Virtual sessions throughout California. Psychospiritual Integration available globally. Reduced fee spaces available. Free 20-minute consultation.
