Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
My wish for the individuals and groups that I work with is that they will rediscover the tools
that have gotten them through challenging times and learn new tools that complement their
strengths. I work to create an open and supportive environment that places you to be in the
driver’s seat. I believe my role is to be supportive, honest, and always 100% real with you.
Therapy doesn’t have to be scary or intimidating; we will work together to make therapy
approachable and meaningful.
I believe the impact of small, practical changes can ripple and grow beyond our imagination.
