Learn more about my:

What do you view as a key component of the therapeutic relationship?

I became a therapist because I experienced first-hand what having a space to just BE can do for the mind, body, and soul. I am a therapist who integrates real, human experience with clinical tools to create a space where healing happens on a holistic level. I help support my clients with boundary setting, coping tools, self-discovery, and somatic practices.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Holistic therapy sessions integrate traditional talk therapy and other mind-body-soul practices including meditation and visualization. Somatic Therapy is a unique therapeutic approach that incorporates body awareness to move through stuck emotions and increase tolerance levels for uncomfortable emotions. Utilizing a holistic approach paired with somatic techniques, individuals begin to understand how the mind and body interact and heal in a newfound way.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Helping women like you live a better, joy-filled life is my passion. Practicing somatic tools, improving self-compassion, setting boundaries, and learning healthy communication can help you through life transitions and change patterns of behavior that are keeping you stuck.

Work History

Do you struggle with feeling at loss with your sense of self, which affects your relationships and your day-to-day life? Do you feel overwhelmed by your mind constantly thinking about the what-ifs of life? Do you feel disconnected from yourself and others? Now more than ever women are feeling anxious, uncertain, and overwhelmed about how to "manage it all" and take care of themselves. Constantly putting everyone else before you can lead to feeling burnt-out and disconnected from your mind and body. It shouldn't be this hard to live a happy life.
