In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?

I'm no stranger to trauma. My lived experience seeing a therapist as a client and using holistic modalities like yoga and Reiki inspired me to use an integrative approach with clients to heal mind, body, and spirit.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

Our approach is different than therapy you’ve experienced before and doesn’t take years to feel better. We get to the root of symptoms and guide you to heal from the inside out. Ever feel like you're constantly juggling everyone else's needs, saying "yes" even when you're exhausted? This relentless "good girl" act leaves you drained and resentful like you're living in someone else's story. On top of that, your mind replays past situations on a loop. You constantly worry: Will I ever feel "good enough?" Why am I so drawn to relationships that leave me drained? How do I clear these blocks holding me back? Past experiences might have made you feel like you had to be perfect or prove yourself worthy of love. This disconnect between the life you've built and the one you crave is a powerful signal. You're a seeker, a woman yearning for deep connections and a life infused with meaning. You have a vibrant inner fire waiting to be unleashed. We use EMDR, Parts Work, Yoga, Reiki, and somatics to guide you to connect back to your power in mind, body, and spirit.

If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?

It can be nerve-racking to open up a complete stranger and hard to take the first step. Therapy can be uncomfortable, but incredibly healing and life-changing. Seeing a therapist doesn't mean anything is "wrong" with you. It's a huge strength to talk to someone about what's happened to you.
