Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
As a teen, I struggled with undiagnosed depression and anxiety. My school counseling office was a place I was very familiar with and led to my deep interest in mental health, neuro, and psychological theory. My own journey of growth and the support systems that were built have made all of the difference in finding my path to happiness and contentedness. My goal now is to help others find their way out of the struggle and into the light.
