I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and have been practicing therapy since 2011. I have experience working with teens, and adults who come to therapy for substance abuse, anxiety, depression, traumatic life events, and other issues that make it difficult to reach their goals. I am trained in several evidence-based approaches including motivational Interviewing, somatic therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I have worked with adults couples, and families dealing with issues around depression, anxiety, trauma, and major mental illness in a variety of settings.
