Work HistoryI am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. I received my Bachelor of Arts in English and Biology and Master of Education in Counseling from Georgia Southern University. I have worked with diverse populations to include military members and spouses and people with multicultural backgrounds. I best serve my clients by working from different therapeutic approaches based on their individual needs such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), client centered therapy, and mindfulness. I also works from a holistic perspective to help my clients gain awareness of the connections between the mind, body, and spirit.
