What is your style/approach to therapy?
I offer a non-judgmental and collaborative approach to therapy that makes space for emotional vulnerability, self-compassion and all things in between. Based on my background in early childhood development and education, my specialties include multicultural counseling, prenatal and postpartum support, and parent coaching.
I draw on modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment, DBT, and person-centered therapies to help others navigate anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life transitions as well as exploring self esteem and personal growth. I have received training in play therapy, Gottman couple’s therapy, and supporting family systems through parent coaching.

Education
Pepperdine University, Master of Arts, Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, 2025
Oregon State University, Bachelor of Science, Psychology and Human Development and Family Sciences, 2021 — Hi there! I am an Associate Marriage and Family therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor located in West LA, California. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development and Family Sciences at Oregon State University and my M.A degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University.
Formerly working in education, my passion for supporting children and families led me to becoming a therapist. Through my experience working with adolescents and adults, I have discovered my passion is to foster healing through storytelling, connection, and compassion.
Work HistoryPrior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a preschool teacher and specialized in early childhood development and family sciences. My experience supporting families helped shape my therapeutic philosophy. Being able to witness the journeys of children and adults alike has deeply motivated my understanding of relationships, attachment, and the significance of emotional connection.
As a therapist, my passion is to foster healing through storytelling, connection, and compassion. I believe that when people feel heard and seen in their full complexities- healing and growth becomes possible.
I am grateful to be witness to one’s healing journey and I hope to promote self-compassion, emotional resilience and community-rooted healing.
