Work HistoryI’ve spent my career walking alongside people through some of life’s most tender and challenging moments. Before opening my private practice, I worked as an interfaith hospital chaplain, supporting patients and families facing serious illness, loss, and major life changes. That work taught me how to stay grounded and present in the midst of uncertainty, and to meet each person with genuine respect for their unique beliefs, identities, and ways of making meaning. As a licensed psychotherapist, I’ve supported individuals navigating grief, chronic and acute illness, caregiving, spiritual questions, and major life transitions. My background weaves together psychotherapy, mindfulness, and spiritual care, allowing me to offer a deeply compassionate, integrative approach to healing.
