Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep interest in Buddhist psychology and yoga, which taught me the power of presence and compassion in healing. I spent years in roles that allowed me to help others and was continually inspired by the resilience and grace within the human mind. That sense of possibility and transformation motivated me to pursue formal training as a therapist. Today, I find fulfillment in creating a space where people feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Work HistoryI’ve worked in a variety of helping professions before becoming a therapist, which gave me a strong foundation in supporting people through life’s challenges. Over time, I gained experience working with teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. My work has always centered on creating a calm, reflective environment where clients feel heard and respected. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs and strengths of the individual. This experience has shaped my ability to help clients set practical goals and discover their own capacity for healing.
