What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?
My biggest strength is my own lived experience. I'm a real person, I use my education and training in combination with the darkness I myself have traveled through to be a guide and support for others. I'm a very open, honest and transparent therapist who believes that the life I have lived is meant to help others heal.
What do you think is the biggest barrier today for people seeking care?
The age old stigma still seems to exist when it shouldn't. I truly believe that everyone should be in therapy of some type whether they are living their darkest days or their life is everything they've ever wanted. Therapy is about growth, healing, balance and boundaries. These are things everyone needs!

Work HistoryI have been working in behavioral health for almost ten years. I have a passion to help others find their purpose, hope and healing.
