Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I’ve always been deeply curious about people - especially why we do what we do. From a young age, I found myself wanting to understand what was underneath people’s behaviors, emotions, and relationship patterns. That curiosity never really left me; it grew into a sense that this was the work I was meant to do.
Becoming a therapist felt less like a career choice and more like a natural calling. I’ve always felt drawn to creating space for others to be fully seen and understood, and to gently explore the deeper layers of their experiences. I’m especially passionate about helping people make sense of the parts of themselves that feel confusing, stuck, or hard to access.
What continues to inspire me in this work is the process of going beneath the surface, understanding how past experiences and emotional wounds shape the way we relate to ourselves and others today. I love supporting clients in uncovering those patterns and helping them find new, more authentic ways of relating to their lives, their relationships, and themselves.
For me, this work is about staying curious alongside you, rather than rushing to fix or change you. Because real, lasting change often begins with feeling truly understood.

Work HistoryMy path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by working closely with women navigating relationships, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Over the years, I’ve supported clients who appear strong and capable on the outside but feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of themselves underneath. This work has deepened my understanding of how early relationships and life experiences shape the way we show up in our current relationships.
Much of my experience has focused on helping individuals explore patterns around attachment, self-worth, and emotional connection. I’ve worked with clients who struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, relationship conflict, and feeling “too much” or “not enough.” Through this, I’ve developed a strong foundation in helping clients slow down, understand their emotions, and begin responding to themselves with more clarity and compassion.
My training and experience are rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy, both for individuals and couples, as well as psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches. This means I help clients not just talk about their challenges, but really understand the deeper emotional experiences underneath them. I’ve found that when people can make sense of their emotional world, lasting change becomes much more possible.
In my work, I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to be real, whether that means processing past experiences, navigating current relationships, or reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside.
