Education
Suffolk University, Master of Science, Mental Health Counseling, 2012 — My training included clinical work in a trauma-focused setting, where I supported individuals working through the lasting impact of early experiences. This foundation continues to guide my work helping adults heal from childhood trauma using EMDR and mind-body approaches.
Work HistoryI’ve spent the last 13 years supporting people through some of life’s hardest moments across hospitals, schools, homes, and outpatient settings. Over time, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they begin to make sense of their pain and work through experiences from childhood that still feel present today. Today, I specialize in helping adults heal from childhood trauma, including emotional wounds, abuse, and patterns shaped within families and across generations. I use EMDR and other mind-body approaches to help you feel calmer, sleep more peacefully, and feel less stuck in the past. My background gives me a strong foundation, but I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. You don’t have to keep feeling this way. Reach out for a free consultation and we’ll get started.
