I strive to help clients feel unstuck with increased hope through a collaborative relationship and providing a safe place for them to share their story without feeling judgment.I have experience working with individuals, couples and families from varying cultural and faith backgrounds. I have worked with clients on a wide variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, transitions, immigration issues, parenting, relationships and trauma. For most, if not all of us, taking the first step in reaching out for help can be difficult in many ways. I really focus on listening first and meeting my clients where they are.
