I enjoy taking a light-hearted casual approach in my work with clients. I believe the therapeutic relationship is paramount to healing and work to help my client's feel comfortable.

I believe psychotherapy works best when it is tailored to each unique individual. I utilize an integrative model, drawing from relational, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, EMDR, and attachment based approaches.
How do you determine therapy goals with clients? What does that process look like?
We will work collaboratively to identify what areas you'd like to work on and what you'd like to gain from therapy. Some goals may include symptom relief, developing deeper self awareness, developing coping skills, or self growth.
