What would be important for someone to know about working with you?

Therapy works when motivation to change meets with expertise and a safe healing relationship. Due to my non-judgmental, individualized and holistic treatment approach my clients routinely say how surprisingly easy it is to open up and talk to me. It would be a privilege to work with you too.

Work History

For 20 years I have provided compassionate, expert care to individuals of all ages, couples and families as an integrative cognitive behavioral therapist (CBT). My goal as your therapist is to help you improve what is already working, gain tools for what isn't and reduce pain and suffering immediately. You will consistently leave my office with tools you can implement in your daily life and relationships. I see therapy as an opportunity to slow down the frantic pace of life and explore ways to cope, regain control of life's challenges and rebuild or enrich relationships. I am competent in both individual and couples therapy. As a Gottman trained therapist I help couples work as a team against the enemies of their relationship (addictions, trauma, affairs, etc.). I also effectively help teens, college age and older adults deal with depression, anxiety, family and life transition challenges.
