Work HistoryMy journey to becoming a mental health therapist began long before I stepped into a classroom or began my formal training. Growing up, I was always fascinated by the intricacies of human emotions and relationships. I found myself drawn to friends who needed someone to talk to, and I often supported them through tough times. This innate desire to help and understand others planted the seeds for my future career in mental health. With my license in hand, I began my career as a mental health therapist. I joined a practice that focused on providing compassionate care to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Every day presented new challenges and opportunities for growth. I learned the importance of creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I employed CBT techniques to help clients challenge negative thinking patterns and work toward their goals, guiding them as they navigated their personal journeys. As I continue to grow in this field, I remain committed to ongoing education and adapting my practice to meet the evolving needs of my clients. Through both professional development and personal reflection, I strive to be the kind of therapist who inspires hope and empowerment.
