Work HistoryI’m a Dallas-based therapist helping adults and couples with anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, attachment wounds, and life transitions. I specialize in working with navigating breakups, people-pleasing, over-thinking, the mother wound, and burnout. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or struggling in your relationships, therapy can help you gain clarity and build healthier ways of relating. I help individuals ages 16+ and couples. I provide both general and Christian counseling, making sure to honor each client’s unique background and story. I can help you understand why you feel stuck and how to change it. Struggling with setting boundaries, feeling stuck in your relationship, having the same fights over and over? I also work with couples using the Gottman Method to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection. I offer in-person therapy in Oak Cliff, Dallas and I work with clients across Texas virtually. I especially enjoy working with young adults and professionals who feel overwhelmed, struggle with relationships, or are trying to figure out who they are and what they want. I am a Dallas therapist for anxiety, attachment issues, and relationship patterns (individuals + couples). My premarital program is certified by twogether in TX.
