Get To Know Me
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am not looking to direct your life because I believe that you know yourself better than I ever will. I am only here to guide you in your process and to influence you to better understand yourself.
What do you think is the biggest barrier today for people seeking care?
Knowledge in how to find a therapist that best complements the individual.
What does a first session with you look like?
The first session is for the client to speak freely about their life story, developing a sense of comfort with me, focusing on what the client is looking to get out of therapy, and what the client is looking for in a therapist.
