Work HistoryI am a certified public speaker for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) as an "Ending the Silence" presenter that focuses on destigmatizing mental illness among school-age students. I was also president of NAMI at Quinnipiac University where I lead informal support groups and advocated mental health around campus. I have experience as a Life Coach at Children's Aid College Prep Charter School in the Bronx where I became certified in Mental Health First Aid. I also worked at Guilford Youth & Family Services, leading groups in social and emotional learning.
