Work HistoryMy approach to therapy is bottom-up, which means I focus on understanding you as a whole person—your unique strengths, challenges, and experiences. I’m passionate about helping people heal, grow, and create the life they want, and I find so much energy and joy in supporting clients as they discover their own resilience and freedom. My experience began during my undergraduate years, where I supported children, families, and older adults in hospice care, domestic abuse shelters, and child protection services. I earned my Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2020, and during graduate school, I provided individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting. My mission is simple: to help you tap into your strengths, access your resources, and find healing and liberation in your life. Whether you’re navigating past trauma, seeking greater self-understanding, or wanting more joy and balance, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.
