Education
Liberty University, Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Mental Health Counseling and Human Services Counseling, 2022
Work HistoryThe world has already decided who you are based on where you're from, what you've survived, or what you look like. I help people reject those narratives and build their own. Ready to stop accepting limitations that were never yours? I graduated from Liberty University with my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022, but my real education came from working in schools from Head Start through high school, leading empowerment workshops in domestic violence shelters, and counseling incarcerated individuals. I've worked with people society has written off, and I've watched them transform when someone treated them as individuals. My approach is simple: educate and motivate. I help clients understand where limiting beliefs come from—stereotypes, trauma, family patterns—and then we systematically replace them with truth. I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with domestic violence, racial identity struggles, behavioral issues, trauma, anxiety, and relationship conflict. I also provide parenting support and work extensively with teens facing school issues and peer challenges. I use CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to create concrete change.
