What would be important for someone to know about working with you?

When you work with me, I want you to know that my approach is all about partnership and growth. With over 10 years of experience, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative therapy can be when we work together to uncover your strengths and tackle challenges. I’m deeply passionate about helping my clients grow, and I’m here to guide you in discovering new ways to cope, heal, and move forward. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to make meaningful changes at your own pace, and I’m with you every step of the way as you transform into the best version of yourself.

What does success look like in therapy? How will a client know that they are making progress?

Success in therapy looks different for everyone, but it often means feeling more confident, gaining control over your thoughts and emotions, and seeing improvements in areas of life that once felt overwhelming. You’ll know you're making progress when you begin to notice positive shifts, like handling stress better, feeling less anxious, or using coping skills we’ve worked on. Sometimes, progress is subtle, like having a new perspective on a situation or feeling more hopeful. Ultimately, success is about moving closer to your goals, feeling empowered, and knowing that you're on a path to living a more fulfilling and balanced life.

What does a first session with you look like?

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and create a comfortable, welcoming space for you to share what’s on your mind. I’ll ask about your current challenges, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll also discuss your background, any previous experiences with therapy, and your goals moving forward. It’s an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the process, and we’ll start setting the foundation for our partnership. Most importantly, this session is all about helping you feel heard, understood, and supported as we begin this journey.

Work History

Hello! I’ve spent years working with many people who are dealing with stress, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges. My approach is all about helping you find the tools you need to feel more in control and confident. I use techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a person centered focus to help shift negative thoughts, but most importantly, I listen—really listen—to what you’re going through.
